Delivery Terms

The products you order are sent to your address via Yurtiçi Kargo. The delivery time is as long as the delivery times provided by Yurtiçi Cargo company after the delivery notification to the cargo to be sent following the order confirmation e-mail. This period may be extended by a maximum of ten days, provided that the buyer is notified in writing or by a permanent data carrier.

 

Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be delivered within 3 working days at the latest. Balat Kozmetik may not be able to offer the "Same Day Cargo" service due to the densities that will occur. You can track the shipping status of your order in the "My Orders" section. In regions where the cargo company delivers one day a week, there may be a delay in the specified day in cases such as inaccuracies or deficiencies in the shipping information, some social events and natural disasters. Balat Kozmetik cannot be held responsible for these delays. If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, Balat Kozmetik is not responsible for the extra shipping costs that may arise from the person/organization not accepting the delivery, inaccuracy in the shipping information and/or the Buyer's absence. If the product/products did not reach the Buyer within the specified days, delivery problems should be reported to Balat Kozmetik by calling the customer service line.

 

In case of damaged package; Damaged packages should not be received and a report should be made to the Cargo Company official. If the courier company official thinks that the package is not damaged, the buyer should request that the package be opened there and checked that the products were delivered undamaged and that the situation be determined with a report. After the package is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty. If the damaged package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to Balat Kozmetik by adding a report to the email address balatcosmetics@gmail.com as soon as possible, together with the copy of the report remaining with the Buyer.

Payment and Delivery

After the payment confirmation by credit card or debit card is received, your order is delivered to the courier company with which we have a contract.

When your order is shipped, Balat Kozmetik notifies you by e-mail.

Shipping is free for orders of 150 TL or more. For orders under 150 TL, shipping is only 15.90 TL.

You can specify 2 different addresses for "invoice" and "delivery" during your order.

 

* Delivery time:

 

Under normal conditions, the cargo company will deliver your products to your address within 1 business day at the latest, and within 3 business days outside Istanbul at the latest.

 

* Delivery person:

 

Delivery is made to you at your address, to the person you specify in the order, or to your first-degree relative with identity information check. 

 

* Damaged package:

 

Check the package upon delivery, if you see any damage, do not accept the package and please make a report to the courier.

Balat Kozmetik will contact the cargo company and ensure that the package is sent back to you undamaged.

 

* Incorrect and incomplete delivery:
